Previously, Mr. Satler served as a senior client partner at Korn Ferry, a management consulting company, from 2018 to 2020, and as the chief operating officer for Barclays Wealth Management between 2013 and 2017. From 2005 until 2012, he contributed in various roles of high leadership at UBS Group AG, a multinational investment bank and financial services company based in Switzerland, including as the chief administrative officer for U.S. products and services, the global head of sales development and the head of human resources. Throughout the early stages of his career in finance, Mr. Satler maintained involvement with Prudential Financial from 1987 to 2004, during which time he held the roles of managing director and chief operating officer.
Mr. Satler first sought an education at Bentley University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in accounting in 1979. Following this accomplishment, he initially served on behalf of clients as a certified public accountant, through which he joined the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Presently, outside of his primary endeavors, Mr. Satler also works as a senior adviser for Star Mountain Capital, an asset management firm based in New York, and as a board of director of the T.J. Martell Foundation, a nonprofit cancer research organization.
As a commitment to his field, Mr. Satler has been active with several organizations relevant to his interests, including the National Association of Corporate Directors and the International Coaching Federation.
