Mr. Bartlett earned an Associate of Applied Science from North Central Missouri College in 2014. He attained certification in radiologic technology from Hillyard Technical Center and is a registered technologist in computed tomography (CT) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Additionally, to refine his knowledge to better contribute to his career, he attained a Bachelor of Applied Science in business administration and management from Northwest Missouri State University in 2022.
Mr. Bartlett began his career as a CT technologist for Saint Luke's Health System in 2016. Since 2019, he has served as the director of radiology for the Pershing Health System and, since 2019, he has held the position of the director of radiology for General John J. Pershing Memorial Hospital. In his present role, he coordinates the daily schedules for the diagnostic imaging departments within the hospital while reviewing licensures to ensure that the staff is using top-quality equipment and providing the best quality patient care. He also develops strategic processes for the hospital to bring in capital assets to generate additional revenue while supplying quality diagnostic images to physicians.
On behalf of the Pershing Health System, Mr. Bartlett has led fundraising initiatives to improve the radiology department and expanded the hospital's network through research, which has enabled him to identify a source for quality state-of-the-art equipment in Missouri. The facility is now able to accommodate automation that facilitates laboratory work, as well as artificial intelligence for CT scanners, which lessens required doses of radiation and increases image quality. Mr. Bartlett has also interfaced with Hologic, Inc. and other vendors about the importance of bone densitometry and body composition analysis and its role in the future of health care.

Further, he is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Mr. Bartlett aims to remain productive in the field, especially in relation to the development of health care facilities and patient accessibility. He enjoys his work as a key opinion leader in radiology, advocating for bone densitometry and body composition analysis to improve the future of medicine. As part of this work, he is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Northwest Missouri State University. Additionally, Mr. Bartlett plans to assist critical access hospitals in low-income areas to improve their facilities, enabling them to work with patients who are unable to travel long distances for laboratory tests and procedures.
