An expert in her field, she received a bachelor's degree in communications and business administration from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, as well as a Master of Science in marketing from Lasell University. Throughout the course of her career, Ms. Kozlowski has also earned certifications through the National Minority Supplier Development Council, the WBENC, and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
In conjunction with her work, Ms. Kozlowski serves as the president of the Women's Prison Association and as a member of the board of visitors for Sacred Heart University's Jack Welsh College of Business & Technology.
