Dedicated to serving on behalf of his community, Mr. Craver found success as a skilled accountant for more than 35 years. In preparation for his professional journey in finance, he earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Colorado in 1987. Following this accomplishment, he began his career as an accounting supervisor for the J. A. Jones Construction Service Company in 1987.
To gain further expertise in his profession, Mr. Craver attained a Master of Business Administration, with an emphasis in accounting, from Regis University in 1999. After graduating, other professional highlights include his employment as an accounting manager for Cherry Hills Community Church and School in 2000, his role as a controller for Bark Busters in 2006, and his job as a controller for Rocky Mountain Orthodontics in 2008.
Mr. Craver accepted the position of director of financial services for Platt College (Aurora, CO), where he later rose to become the chief financial officer in 2019, a position he still maintains. In this capacity, he works to ensure the college enjoys a well-deserved reputation for its financial solidity and for the talented prelicensure baccalaureate nursing students the college produces. In recognition of his excellent work, Mr. Craver was honored with an achievement award for having multiple consecutive clean audits. He credits much of his success in his career to the influence of his family: parents Larry and Donna, Craig and Ettie Siegel, his children Ashley (Nick), Geoff, Melissa, and Bryan. Most of all to the 36 years of support and love from his wife Tina. Throughout his career this steadfast support has seen him through the most challenging periods of his life. Mr. Craver continues to mentor other financial services employees that have begun their careers.
