To achieve his professional goals, Dr. Frazier received a Bachelor of Science at Memphis State University in 1970, followed by a Master of Science at Oregon Graduate Institute in 1972, a Doctor of Philosophy at the California Institute of Technology in 1976, and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1992. Additional educational pursuits to his credit include an internship at Franklin Square Hospital Center in Baltimore and a residency in dermatology at the Gulf South Medical and Surgical Institute in Kenner, Louisiana.
Dr. Frazier is an elected fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. He is also a member of the American Chemical Society, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society for Mohs Surgery. Highlighting his achievements, Dr. Frazier received the Robert Glen Lye Memorial Award from the Martin Marietta Corporate Laboratory in Baltimore in 1986.
