Serving his second term in office since November 2021, Mr. Arnoni has earned distinction as a District Judge for the Allegheny County Magisterial District Court in Pennsylvania. Presiding over the communities of Bethel Park and Upper St. Clair Township, he is responsible for overseeing court proceedings, preliminary hearings, arraignments, and search warrants among many other responsibilities. As a fair and unbiased member of the court, Judge Arnoni enjoys serving as a voice in the community, as well as mediating solutions. In addition to his role as a District Judge, he functions as the President of Leadership Development.
Looking toward the future, Judge Arnoni aspires to pursue continuing to positively contribute to the region in some capacity. During an earlier stage in his career, he notably spent time as the Mayor and Councilman of Brentwood before relocating to Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. Judge Arnoni also worked in law enforcement with the Office of the Attorney General as a special agent in the Bureau of Criminal Investigations prior to his first election as a District Judge for the judicial branch of government in 2014.
As part of his established commitments to his community, Judge Arnoni co-founded Leadership Development in 2019, an organization that serves to mentor and work alongside young people and assist them in becoming the next generation of leaders. He also contributes to the American Heart Association, the Alzheimer's Association, and various nonprofit foundations that support cancer research, as well as organizations that support local sports and young people.
A graduate of Robert Morris University, Judge Arnoni received a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, while working full-time for the Attorney General. He also graduated from the Allegheny County Police Academy. Well qualified in his field, Judge Arnoni has been recognized as a board-certified Judge.
Judge Arnoni is a professional member of the Bar of Allegheny County. He has also served on the state committee for the Pennsylvania Judiciary and is currently the Vice President for the Judges Association of Allegheny County. In 2021, Judge Arnoni was the recipient of the Judicial Excellence Award from the Domestic Outreach Corporation. He also received a Presidential Award from his alma mater, Robert Morris University.
