In addition to her work in film, she has become active in philanthropy, granting scholarships through the University of Central Florida. Similarly, she funded locker rooms for the UCF football, soccer, and volleyball teams, and assisted a nonprofit in northeast Brazil. Alongside her close friend, Anderson Ribeirao, Ms. Rosengren created United Changing Lives, a project that assists women to support themselves by achieving positions in the beauty industry as manicurists.
Ms. Rosengren holds an associate degree from the University of São Paulo in Brazil. In recognition of her achievements in film, she has won more than 20 awards for "Before Sunrise," which she considers a career highlight.
