To prepare for his professional journey in dentistry, he earned a Bachelor of Science in biology in 2004 and a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from Boston University in 2009, graduating top of his class. Following his academic accomplishments, he was accepted into a General Practice residency at the Lutheran Medical Center, Brooklyn (Now NYU Langone Hospital, Brooklyn) in 2009, after which he undertook a subsequent specialty residency in endodontics at the prestigious Rutgers University, New Jersey, graduating from the program in 2014. To achieve the pinnacle of his academic accomplishments, he became a Board Certified endodontist in 2017, an achievement and a privilege only about thirty percent of endodontist are able to obtain after going through rigorous testing. Parallel to his academic and professional growth, Dr. Bagheri has several patents in the US and outside of US for inventing and developing a new endodontic instrument to obtain the length of the roots accurately and predictably, this invention is called Accufile® and has been welcomed in the dental market.
Since 2020, Dr. Bagheri has practiced endodontics at Laguna Beach Endodontics and Microsurgery. In this role, he utilizes advanced technology such as surgical microscopes, Cone Beam CT and YSGG Laser, to ensure the best quality service possible to meet the needs of his patients. He performs non-surgical and surgical root canals and retreatments, along with all other procedures related to his specific discipline.
Having been interested in dentistry since coming of age, Dr. Bagheri bears an immense passion for his work and plans to continue his practice as an endodontist. Looking toward the future, he intends to expand the scope of his practice while taking more time to teach and mentor the next generation of dental professionals.
