She manages high-rise buildings, condominium associations and townhomes in Bergen and Essex County. She works with clients regarding complaints that arise in her properties, working with legal suits, litigation, flaws and builders who do not construct community projects properly. She manages the capital reserve funds and creates a budget to allocate those funds appropriately. Having always wanted to manage her own business, Ms. Henriques also owns an online boutique, MEUBOUTIQUE, which she established in 2017. Additionally, she is a member of the Community Associations Institute.
Before her current role with Denali Property Management, Ms. Henriques began her career as an administrative assistant for Ferreira Realty and Associates in 2006 and then acquired a role as an assistant property manager with Essex Plaza Management Co. in 2011. She became a property manager for Passaic County Management in 2014 until starting a position as a portfolio manager at RCP Management Company in 2015. She served in the same role at Taylor Management Company between 2021 and 2022 until joining Denali Property Management.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Henriques studied special education and teaching at Hudson County Community College between 2009 and 2011 and special education, business, management, marketing and related support services at Saint Peter's University from 2011 to 2014. To commemorate her accomplishments, she was one of the nominees for the Candace Balet Manager of the Year from the Community Associations Institute New Jersey. As part of her continued dedication to improving her skills, she is also pursuing a Certified Manager of Community Associations certification. Her goal is to become the best version of herself, seeking to live a better life while serving her clients and her community effectively.
