LLC, a small investors' company organized to assist low and moderate income buyers with affordable housing in the Houston area; and Credit with Grace and Associates, LLC that is presently under construction, all businesses are based in Houston, Texas. She specializes in credit counseling and restoration. With more than 16 years of experience in her chosen fields to her credit, Ms. Davis distinguished herself as a real estate agent, account executive, underwriter and financier.
Long motivated by a desire to empower women and awaken the spirit of faith in others, Ms. Davis authored a life changing book, "How I Got Over-Applying The Word Of God," which released in 2017. Created to overcome life obstacles, she wrote the book as a testimony of her journey towards a greater spiritual focus, as well as an appeal to others to apply Christian tenets while solving life issues. In addition to her work as a writer, Ms. Davis has found success as a public speaker. She has graced several stages, Arizona Ultimate Women's Expo, Real Talk with Carla J Radio Show hosted at the legendary KCOH and Restorer of Hope-Diamond Book Club Gathering, to name a few.
Ms. Davis' performance in her field largely derives from her academic journey, during which time she studied business and entrepreneurship at Ashford University, where she attained a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration. Throughout this time, she is most proud to have been inducted into the National Honor Society in 2015 and 2016. Looking towards the future, Ms. Davis hopes to maintain and expand the scope of Graceful New Beginnings, LLC and D & W Investments, LLC, as well as perform more public speaking engagements and write more books.
