She also works on the development of gross motor skills and coordination, as well as learning and organizational skills. Ms. Zeilig supports children with Autism and other disabilities as well as assists teachers to develop classrooms that will best serve their students. After hours, she teaches yoga and fosters connections with students' families.
In addition to running her business, Ms. Zeilig works as an Occupational Therapist for The Help Group in Culver City, CA. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from McGill University in 1997 and attained a Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy for developmental disabilities from New York University in 2001. Well-qualified in her profession, she also holds certification in Yoga for the Special Child, developed by Sonia Sumar. She is a member of the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
Fostering a passion for working with others to make a positive difference in their lives, Ms. Zeilig considers her role as an Occupational Therapist and teacher of Yoga for Exceptional Adults and Children to be one of the greatest joys of her life.
