WELLINGTON, FL, September 02, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Richard J. Boyle, Esq., has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Boyle notes that he would not be where he is today without the love and support of his mother, Phyllis Boyle, who passed in 2003, as well as his loving father, Richard Boyle, Sr., who always has his back.
Mr. Boyle met his wife, Victoria, while they attended high school, although they did connect more permanently in 2003, and eventually marry in 2008. In 2019, their beautiful daughter, Aurora Rose Boyle, was born, who is named partly after his mother-in-law.
Prior to embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Boyle earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a specialty in human resources from St. John's University in 2006. During his studies, he established E-Z Does It Home Improvements Inc. and worked for The Home Depot as supervisor of the tool rental department and the special services department. Following these appointments, he worked as a senior police officer, plain clothes detective and robbery/homicide detective for the Athens-Clarke County Police Department.
Mr. Boyle decided to return to school in 2015 and subsequently earned a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University in 2018, while simultaneously working as a school resource officer for the Gwinnett County School Police. Upon graduating, he was admitted to practice through the State Bar of Georgia, as well as the Georgia Middle District Bankruptcy Court and the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia.
In 2019, Mr. Boyle began his own firm, Richard J. Boyle, Esq., LLC where he began to focus his practice on family matters and real estate.
In 2019, he joined his alma mater, the Georgia State University College of Law as an assistant professor to their trial advocacy department, all while continuing to serve as a school resource officer and run his own law firm.
In June of 2020, Mr. Boyle became a member of the Florida bar and officially retired from his career in law enforcement, continuing within the field of law only as an attorney and advocate.
Supported by years of varied expertise, Mr. Boyle presently excels as an attorney within the Yaffa Family Law Group, focusing only on family matters. Mr. Boyle also remains general counsel for an electrical contractor in the state of Georgia. Through the Yaffa Family Law Group, he manages over forty (40) active cases. To remain aware of developments affecting his field, he aligns himself with the Family Law Section of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association where he currently serves as co-chair. He is also an active member of the Police Officers Benevolent Association, consistently looking to bridge the gap between lawyers and law enforcement on all levels. Long dedicated to civic advocacy even before he was a public servant, he was part of a team while at The Home Depot that renovated a church on Staten Island's south side and also a home for an elderly woman in Athens, Georgia.
To commemorate his accomplishments, Mr. Boyle has been honored many times. In addition to receiving a full academic scholarship from St. John's University, he was named Officer of the Year in 2009 and 2012, and he earned a Trial Advocacy Award during his tenure at Georgia State University. In a career filled with highlights, he is most proud of assisting a woman who made a false report of a crime in 2012. With his help, she completely turned her life around and joined the Navy. Looking ahead, Mr. Boyle intends to become partner at his firm and have a greater impact on the community. He looks most forward to making the world a better place for his daughter, Aurora, to grow up in.
