A certified residential specialist and salesperson, Ms. Ray leverages her 40 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry toward success as a business owner. She formerly served as a professional Realtor for Keller Williams, eXp Realty, and is now an agent and owner of Classic Estates Realty which was established in 2021. Prior to starting her present role with Classic Estates realty, Ms. Ray entered the industry in 1986 as a sales associate for Caliber Homes in Atlanta and Florida. Ms. Ray went on to work for Ryland Homes earning Salesperson of the Month over multiple months, and Salesperson of the Year several years in a row. In 1999 Ms. Ray became the Marketing Director for Standard Pacific Homes and went on to manage over 27 communities over a 6-year period. With a move to Nevada in 2006, Ms. Ray went on to earn a Real Estate License in Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. In 2013 she began her Florida Real Estate career joining Keller Williams where she worked until 2019 before moving her license to eXp Realty.
In addition to her main career endeavors, Ms. Ray is a member of the Luxury Institute and the Graduate Realtor Institute. She also served on the agent leadership council with Keller Williams Realty for three years, working to support rising professionals in the field.
To prepare for her career. Ms. Ray earned a diploma as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GTAR) from the Greater Tampa Realtor Association. She also obtained a master's degree in residential marketing from the Institute for Residential Marketing (IRM) while working for Standard Pacific Homes. In recognition of her excellent work and sales acumen, Ms. Ray was named as the Employee of the Month, Sales Agent of the Month and Sales Agent of the Year. She also placed in the top 25% of realtors in her area.
Having come of age in the realty business, Ms. Ray was inspired to join the field by her family. Her father was an architect and engineer and her grandfather was a general contractor for residential and commercial properties. Her mother also opened three RE/MAX offices in North Georgia and was the president of the Cherokee Association-Realtors twice during her career. Ms. Ray intends to expand her business further over the foreseeable future, moving the company into the Northwest and Central Florida Regions.
