Merging his former company, Mowtime Lawn & Landscaping, with two other locally owned landscaping companies due to a labor shortage, he is one of three founders to represent the new business. Specializing in providing full-service commercial and residential maintenance services to clients, which range from hardscaping, enhancements and design to excavation, clearing and concrete services, Mr. Kalbaugh focuses on providing his expertise on the residential portion of the business.

Coming of age with an entrepreneurial mindset, Mr. Kalbaugh began mowing the lawns of his neighbors while in elementary school. By the time he was in high school, he had developed steady customers as the owner of his own landscaping company. Upon attending college, Mr. Kalbaugh began interning for a local landscaping company to learn the intricacies of business ownership and subsequently found employment as a general laborer and supervisor for another local company. In 2012, shortly before he earned a bachelor's degree, he established Mowtime Lawn & Landscaping as its owner and operations manager.
Lending his expertise to the community, Mr. Kalbaugh provides his landscape enhancements services on a pro bono basis to Saint Jude Children's Home and several community facilities. He also frequently donates to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, as well as various charitable events that are organized by the Elks National Foundation. Furthermore, he volunteers at the Indiana Peony Festival, and contributes to several local sports teams. Mr. Kalbaugh also previously spent five years as a high school sports coach.
Mr. Kalbaugh studied at the University of Saint Francis, where he received a football scholarship and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in management 2013. To remain aware of developments in his field, he is a member of the National Association of Landscape Professionals and The Hardscape Company. Honoring his achievements, Mr. Kalbaugh was the recipient of an Award for Outstanding Law Care and Landscaping Services.
