She began her career working in the hospitality industry through which she garnered expertise as a Guest Services Agent, Housekeeping Administrative Assistant, Housekeeping Manager and Sales Coordinator for organizations, including the Hampton Inn and Suites in Nashville and the Great Wolf Lodge in North Carolina.
In 2015, Ms. Young founded Nfinity Services LLC, a company that provides Virtual Assistance designed to help busy business executives, entrepreneurs and small business owners with their schedules and task lists. In her role as the owner of the company, Ms. Young is responsible for building relationships with clients, providing back-end administrative support, appointment scheduling, and delegating tasks and substantial project assignments to the eight contractors she employs.
Ms. Young pursued an education at Jefferson State Community College, where she majored in Business Administration. As a commitment to her field, Ms. Young has obtained a small professional services firm certification and the disadvantaged business enterprise certification through the Department of Transportation in six states (NC, SC, GA, TN, AL, VA). She also holds business enterprise certifications from the North Carolina Department of Administration, the Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises, the Small Business Enterprise, and the Historically Underutilized Business.
Well regarded for her contributions to the field, Ms. Young has received multiple awards, including the Peak Performance Award and the Spirit of Hampton Winner Award from Hampton Inn and Suites. She was recognized as Pack Member of the Month and received Pack Member of the Year awards from the Great Wolf Lodge.

She attributes much of her success to the support of her late mother, who inspired her toward entrepreneurship. Looking toward the future, Ms. Young aspires to expand the scope of her business by employing full-time personnel to assist with management efforts.
