KG from 1997 to 2004. Furthermore, Mr. Stephan served as the Chief Engineer at the Crane Division of Noell Stahl- und Maschinenbau GmbH between 1994 and 1997.
Prior to embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Stephan earned a Master's degree as well as a Graduate Engineer's (Dipl.-Ing.) degree in Structural & Mechanical Engineering from State Technical University in St. Petersburg, Russia. He attributes his professional success to having received a solid scientific and technical academic education with a strong mathematical and analytical focus in combination with an intensive practical training in mechanical engineering and steel construction. Moreover, he developed proficient communication skills in two foreign languages, relying on his personal persistence and commitment to succeed. Mr. Stephan holds a membership with the Association of German Engineers.
Mr. Stephan remains committed to leaving a legacy at Novum Structures LLC by mentoring colleagues who are new to the field. Looking toward the future, he sees retirement on the distant horizon, planning to continue his efforts in imparting enthusiasm among those associates dedicated to moving the firm toward a productive future.
