Inspired by his personal motto, "Strive for perfection and settle for nothing less," Mr. Janowetch presently serves as the Reynolds Systems Administrator for World Class Automotive Group, utilizing the leading national vendor of software applications designed to help operate car dealerships. Since joining the company in 2010, he has maintained responsibility for six dealerships and more than 600 users on the information system. Similarly, Mr. Janowetch has worked closely with corporate human resources and marketing directors, and remained involved with data management, mining and exporting to various entities.
During the early stages of his career, Mr. Janowetch gained valuable expertise in directorial, consulting and management positions with a variety of companies, including Stevenson Automotive Group, Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, SEJ Consulting, DeMontrond Automotive Group, the Reynolds and Reynolds Company, and Chic Miller's Chevrolet. Mr. Janowetch will celebrate his 50th year in the automotive business in 2023.
An expert in his field, Mr. Janowetch completed Marketing Management coursework at Tunxis Community College and later became a Reynolds Certified Training Consultant. In a career filled with highlights, he is most proud of developing a reputation as someone with the highest technological expertise at the Reynolds and Reynolds Company, now working for one of the largest privately held Ford dealership groups in the country and becoming the youngest General Motors dealership parts department manager in the United States at just 22 years old in 1975. Likewise, his years at Chic Miller Chevrolet are memorable due to his ability to help transform it into one of the largest and most successful General Motors parts dealership operations in New England. He attributes his success to his exemplary work ethic and treating everyone the way he would want to be treated. Looking toward the future, Mr. Janowetch intends to continue working for World Class Automotive Group.
