With nearly two decades of professional experience to her credit, Ms. Stoja began her current tenure with Oracle in 2020, and has recently accepted a role as an industry solutions executive. In this capacity, she serves clients in Industrial Products & Services, focusing her efforts on engaging with her clients' C-suite executives to learn about their key goals and initiatives, as well as to exchange ideas. Leveraging both her industry experience, as well as providing insights on the actions the industry she supports her clients in achieving a competitive advantage through technology transformation to create opportunities. Earlier in her career, she was the planned successor for the chief operating officer at the nation's largest food ingredient distributor. In this role she supported the company's executive team in the review and development of strategic alliances and joint ventures, participated in M&A due diligence team, and created and was the exclusive sales representative for a new line of business for the company resulting in the largest top-line recurring revenue throughout the company.
Jessica also led the post-merger integration following a series of acquisitions throughout this company to modernize logistics and consolidate distribution centers throughout the U.S. This included the creation of a hub and spoke model to define requirements to consolidate a region of distribution centers and 3PL facilities; selection of sites based upon supply chain optimization; and negotiation of the land acquisition, including oversight of the design and construction of the new sites with approval of pencil draws and escrow payments through Title.
Throughout this post-merger optimization, Jessica oversaw the selection and construction of 6 distribution and manufacturing facilities spanning over 2M square feet, as well as the selection and implementation of 7 ERP applications. This multi-year initiative delivered profit and loss improvements to the business of over $23M annually while increasing service levels to customers and the elevation of standards related to FSMA, FDA & OSHA.
She has been interviewed and had some of her high-profile initiatives featured in various publications including Supply Chain Best Practices, Food Ingredients First, and Transportation & Logistics International Magazine.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Stoja earned an Associate of Arts in liberal arts from Lincoln College and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Illinois System. She then attained a Master of Arts in political studies from the same institution in 2008. Well qualified in her field, she is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a certified project management professional, as well as holding a certification in ADKAR change management.
