Outside of his primary career endeavors, Mr. Rustemeyer is involved in Villanova Judo as a rising assistant coach and in the Villanova MSF Mentoring program. He has distinguished himself as a mental health advocate. He also served as a service sight leader for the St. Thomas of Villanova Day of Service, during which time he helped coordinate and lead groups of volunteers in creating and maintaining organic vegetable gardens in order to provide low-income families with a sustainable and nutritious diet.
Looking toward the future, Mr. Rustemeyer hopes to continue refining his technical and leadership skills, as well as his abilities as a mentor, which will enable him to eventually serve as a senior leader at Vanguard or wherever his career takes him next. In this capacity, he aspires to move into management in his next role, which will involve molding his colleagues into high-performing employees in their own right.
