Accruing over two decades of experience in human resources, Ms. Hamn is now the Director of Talent Acquisition for DCS Corporation in Alexandria, Virginia. Acquiring the position in 2017, she has also been serving as the organization's Recruiting Manager, Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter since 2013. As part of her responsibilities, Ms. Hamn oversees the Talent Acquisition Department, while also executing the company's strategy for talent acquisition. She mitigates and resolves various internal issues, collaborates directly with senior leaders on staffing needs, develops innovative recruitment strategies, trains and develops coaches, and evaluates team members. Prior to her employment with DCS, Ms. Hamn was notably a Senior Corporate Recruiter for Halfaker and Associates LLC in Arlington, Virginia, from 2010 until 2013.
Passionate about human resources, Ms. Hamn enjoys helping others find the perfect position that best suits their talents. What she finds most appealing about her field, however, is the ever-changing environment. As she continually progresses in Talent Acquisition, Ms. Hamn aims to garner an executive leadership position where she can showcase her expertise.
