Ms. Madiraju has led a distinguished career in business and information systems that has spanned decades. For more than 25 years, she served as a project manager and software engineer in the telecommunications, insurance and retail industries. Ms. Madiraju also notably spent over a decade employed by AT&T as an architect where she became fluent in various new technologies and process improvements.
Garnering recognition for her expertise in the online order capture engine, the consumer insights portal, the ConnecTech computer hardware maintenance and Scrum ceremonies, Ms. Madiraju also successfully developed application systems during her tenure, as well as applications using .net for clients and their web services. A talented writer of short stories, books of poetry and abstract essays using the pen name Jane Summers, Ms. Madiraju's books have been recognized with reviews by the US Review of Books and Pacific Book Review where she notably received an 8.34 out of 10. Her book, "Woods: An Art," also contains new English words and a new language called "Durvue." She will be releasing the new language dictionary, "Durvue," early next year. Her new books include, "Woods: A Musical Path" and "Conversation of Windows: Abstract Stories."
As a poet, Ms. Madiraju has focused some of her collections on prayers, including prayers of peace, sincerity and support. She also concentrates her free time on composing music and singing. She has released two musical albums, including "Mesmerize," which contains five songs that are poetical and were all written, composed and sung by her. Furthermore, Ms. Madiraju has released several songs in various languages and is now working on her first screenplay for a new movie called "Summer Peonies," which is based on her book "Mid-Summer Woods." She has released another musical album entitled "Autumn Sacred" and will be releasing the movie "Autumn Sacred" based on her book "Autumn Woods."
Ms. Madiraju received a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance at Osmania University, followed by a Master of Arts in economics at the University of Hyderabad in India. She subsequently studied at Eastern Michigan University where she acquired both a Master of Science in information systems and a Master of Business Administration. Additionally, Ms. Madiraju received a multitude of certifications in her field, including certification in executive and high-performance leadership from Cornell University and in executive business analytics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is also a certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance, a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and obtained lean QMS certification through AT&T Quality Management Systems. She also received Certification from Columbia Engineering Executive Education for Applied Machine Learning.
To remain aware of developments affecting her field, Ms. Madiraju is a member of Scrum Alliance Inc. She is also a member of the Golden Key International Society for securing a GPA above 3.8 in her Doctorate Program. She was recognized and honored with a silver medal and a pin by the Golden Key International Honour Society. Ms. Madiraju is a member of ASCAP (American Association of Composers and Poets) and the Poetry Society of America. Her screenplay and story plot for the movie "Summer Peonies" was acknowledged and recognized by the American Screen Guild Writers Association.
Ms. Madiraju received numerous awards during her tenure with AT&T and was also recognized as a Worldwide Distinguished Artist in the Field of Information Technology, and well as a Marquis Who's Who Industry Leader for her leadership role in the IT industry and other fields. Ms. Madiraju is a Marquis Who's Who listee, received the Marquis Who's Who Worldwide Humanitarian Award, was honored with a Marquis Who's Who Lifetime Achievement Award for her various contributions to society, and received the Marquis Who's Who Women of Influence Award. She was also recognized by P.O.W.E.R. – Professional Organization of Women of Excellence Recognized and bestowed the POWER award for excellence in various fields. She received The President's Volunteer Service Award for the years 2013-2015.
