Prior to establishing her private practice, Ms. Fredrickson held noteworthy positions in the field of intellectual disabilities. In addition to becoming fluent in direct care, Ms. Fredrickson had the opportunity to gain experience developing programs for new facilities across four different states.
A leader in her community, Ms. Fredrickson presently serves as a board member for Outlook Nebraska. She is also a Board member of the local Boy Scouts of American council.
To prepare for her career, Ms. Fredrickson achieved a Bachelor of Arts in education and special education at Dana College in 1986, followed by a Master of Arts in management at Bellevue University in 2001. Ms. Frederickson is also a Doctor of Philosophy candidate, having garnered an All But Dissertation in organizational behavior at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
Ms. Fredrickson remains abreast in her field as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Recognizing contributions, her organization was named among the Top Management Consultants by Business to Business in 2020 and was also the recipient of an Excellence Award by the local chamber of commerce.
Throughout her career, Ms. Fredrickson has benefited by developing a growth mentality. She credits her success to receiving great mentorship from several exemplary leaders, including her father.
