Although it was a challenge for him to reengage employees after the passing of his father, Mr. Migliore persevered and successfully transitioned all of the firm's cases with little disturbance. He also finds inspiration in the example of his fiancé, who is studying to become a Physician Assistant. Rudy is not the only lawyer in his family, his sister is a leading attorney in Chicago who works with a nonprofit organization that represents victims of domestic violence.
Mr. Migliore became active in his community long before becoming an attorney. During his school years, he was a member of the Saint Joseph's College Service Circle from 2008 to 2012. He was also an usher and volunteer internet advisor on behalf of the Long Island 9/11 Memorial Committee, a volunteer for the Long Island Association of Retired New York City Firefighters, and a volunteer for the nonprofit organization Breath of Life. Furthermore, Mr. Migliore has provided pro bono counseling services numerous times for local churches and charitable organizations that give back to the community.
Mr. Migliore prepared for his career by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, summa cum laude, at Saint Joseph's College in 2012 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2015. While pursuing his law degree, he completed two internships in New York, including one for the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office in Central Islip, New York. Mr. Migliore has been admitted to practice by the New York Bar Association, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He also earned additional certification through Thomson Reuters Westlaw.
