Prior to his current role, Mr. Brown gained valuable expertise in the industry as a technician for Lexus and BMW until working with independent shops specializing in European vehicles. During his tenure with Lexus, Mr. Brown helped manage the service department at the dealership level while also overseeing the technicians and coordinating with service advisors; the team's stellar performance led to drastically increased sales and the company was subsequently rated as one of the top Lexus dealerships in the nation.
Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Brown serves as a youth leader with his local church, mentoring high school students and hosting various events for their benefit. He teaches small groups of students to help them develop their skills and potentially pursue a suitable field. Additionally, he gives back to his community by helping to maintain their vehicles and providing essential automotive services locally.
Prior to embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Brown earned an associate degree in automotive technology from a BMW trade school in 2008. He also attained certification as a BMW technician and completed dealer training programs. After his first year heading Crossroad Autoworks LLC and as a member of the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce, he was named New Entrepreneur of the Year in 2022.
Mr. Brown has always enjoyed the mechanical and technical aspects of his work. Since his youth, he would spend time taking objects apart and reassembling them, progressing to a passion for working on cars. He intends to continue to develop his business, with plans to hire more employees in the near future. He also aims to expand his facility, allowing additional room for vehicles and the ability to offer more services while maintaining efficiency.
