In this capacity, she teaches and counsels students and meets with parents, providing them with feedback regarding the academic progress of their children and strategizing their college acceptance applications. She also works with her staff and conducts regular meetings to ensure they have the resources to teach effectively. In recognition of her excellent work in education, she received an honorable mention for making the most difference as a teacher and was named a Citizen who Upholds American Values.
