In this capacity, he is the owner and broker for Mortgage Management Services. Since 2016, he has focused his efforts on putting together applications for purchases while setting up lender approvals and reversing mortgages, specializing in working with veterans in his community. Prior to his current role, Mr. Butler began his career as an assistant to the vice president for First Interstate Mortgage in 1988 and became the president and general manager of the Eastland Mortgage Corporation in 1994. He then was the executive vice president of the First Capital Corporation from 1996 to 2002 as well as a national retail manager for Ocean West Funding from 1998 to 2002. Following this time, he was the president of the Cambridge Funding Group in 2002 until 2016. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Butler earned a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Irvine.
Within the coming years, Mr. Butler intends to continue helping people, including veterans, to achieve homeownership. He recognizes that the present unrest in the country has made it challenging for younger generations to achieve this part of the American dream, but he is dedicated to helping repair this issue however he can. A dedicated civil advocate, he has lowered his commission for each transaction and donates it to a local charity, such as Welcome Home Inc., which helps veterans with the costs of moving.
