Prior to transitioning into the health care sector, Mr. Payes served as a district manager for Dr. Pepper Snapple Group in the Greater Milwaukee area from 2011 to 2021. During his tenure with the organization, he was honored with a 10-Year Recognition Award.
Apart from his responsibilities as a business owner, Mr. Payes enjoys volunteering his time with the Shalom Center. He is also a member of the Racine Chamber of Commerce. Notably, Mr. Payes is fluent in both English and Spanish.
