Ms. Middleton brings four decades of experience to her role as founder and chief executive officer of MediSolutions LLC, a licensed Medicare plan consultant that partners with employer groups, health care providers and beneficiaries to help them understand the various Medicare insurance policies available in Arizona, California, South Carolina and Texas, and to choose the plans that are best for them. In her leadership role at the company, Ms. Middleton works closely with clients, particularly corporations' human resources departments, to serve as a bridge to help them transition their clients to Medicare.
Known in the community as "Medicare boss lady," Ms. Middleton began learning the ropes of Medicare billing at the age of 22, when she accepted a position with a local nursing home. She went on to serve as claims manager at Stanford University Hospital from 1980 to 1994 and as account manager II at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona from 1997 to 2013. After working as a licensed independent senior health insurance broker for Arizona Health & Life Advisors from 2015 to 2016, she founded MediSolutions LLC in 2016. Ms. Middleton is a certified Medicare insurance planner and is licensed in health and life plans. She completed coursework at the College of San Mateo.

Ms. Middleton attributes her success to her parents, whose entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to help others inspired her to become the person she is today.
As a commitment to her field, Ms. Middleton is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, the Greater Phoenix Association of Health Underwriters, Women in Insurance and Financial Services, and Women in Insurance. She sat on the board from 8/2018 to 12/2018 and serves as co-chair of sponsorship for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and she is a member of the Surprise Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, Ms. Middleton enjoys traveling and spending time with her spouse of 21 years. Looking toward the future, she is excited to continue to grow MediSolutions, LLC, as an all-female business.
