With more than 25 years of experience to her credit in the pest control industry, Ms. Shane-Wilton has found success as a leader in the field. In this capacity, she is a Regional Account Executive for Rentokil North America, having joined the company in 2015 as a Business Development Representative, and achieving her promotion in 2020.
Known for her contributions as a civic-minded citizen, Ms. Shane-Wilton volunteers as an administrator for Bikes & Bugs coordinating and executing third party charity events benefiting the Epilepsy Foundation of Texas and Texas Adaptive Aquatics. She is also an ambassador for the East End Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Women in Pest Control organization and the Houston Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association. Prior to her current role, Ms. Shane-Wilton began her career with Busy Bees in 1997 and subsequently served Terminix Pest Control from 2001 to 2007 as a Commercial Account Manager. She then worked as an Account Manager for Orkin Pest Control from 2007 until 2015.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, in 1992 Ms. Shane-Wilton earned a degree from NEC in the field of Medical Assisting. Well qualified in her field, she holds a Certified Applicator licenses in pest, termite, and fumigation with the Texas Department of Agriculture. To commemorate her accomplishments, she received Achievement Awards 2019 – Quota Buster achieving 103% of sales quota, 2020 – President's Club for Central Market and 2021 – Team Player Award & 100% Club obtaining 107% of sales quote and currently trending to achieve 200% of sales quote for 2022.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Shane-Wilton plans to pursue career growth in the pest control industry as well as establish her own business with her children while continuing to give back to her community through her charitable events and spend quality time with her family.
