WILLARD, OH, November 18, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Ricky Branham has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Dr. Ricky Branham is driven by his desire to reach the lost, edify the saints, and minister to people of all ages and in all walks of life for the glory of Jesus Christ. Dr. Branham presently serves as a television minister, interdenominational evangelist, senior pastor, and author. In 1998 at 15 years old, he was in a car accident that he thought he would not survive. As he lay in the hospital bed, he repented, confessed, and accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and personal Savior. Dr. Branham promised God that if He let him live, he would serve Him for the rest of his life. God miraculously spared his life. In 1999 he founded Ricky Branham Ministries and has been ministering interdenominationally ever since.
During his career, Dr. Branham has served as a councilman-at-large for the City of Willard, a director for Holiday Lakes, the executive director of the Willard Area Chamber of Commerce, alumni president and foundation board member of North Central State College (NCSC), board member of the Huron County Community Foundation, president of the Willard United Fund, president of the Willard Area Ministerial Association, and as chairman of the board of the non-denominational church Ripley Chapel. He has also served as a chaplain and registered nurse for Mercy Hospital and as a school nurse for Willard City Schools. An expert in his field, he holds ministry licensure and ordination through Ripley Chapel and the Church of God, an Associate of Arts degree in Registered Nursing (ADN) from North Central State College, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Malone University, and a Master of Theology (ThM) degree and a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) degree from Christian Bible Institute and Seminary (CBIS).
Due to his vast knowledge, Dr. Branham authored "Psalm 23: A Psalm for the Living." While his career has been filled with highlights, he feels his main calling from God is television ministry. His weekly television program, Ricky Branham Ministries, continues to grow nationally and internationally as his program airs in all 50 states and in parts of the Caribbean and Central America. Though hard work has brought him far, he attributes his success to his faith in his Lord and personal Savior Jesus Christ. Within the next five years, Dr. Branham aims to continue his service to God by expanding his television ministry, ministering timely, applicable, and memorable messages interdenominationally throughout the world, and authoring several more books.
