With more than 15 years of excellence to her credit in the real estate industry, Ms. Towne has found success as a realtor. In this capacity, she serves as a licensed realtor and contractor with Fidelity Real Estate Group. Since 2014, she has focused her efforts on serving as a dual agent for Broward and Monroe Counties, marketing to realtors in Jupiter, Palm Beach, Broward, Dade and Monroe Counties, specializing in waterfront luxury properties. Additionally, she has been the president and chief executive officer for 24 Hour Home Buyer's Inc. since 2004.
Also a dedicated civil advocate, Ms. Towne is the founder of Hurricane Relief God 1st. Inc., which she established in 2017 to help those affected by Hurricane Irma in the Florida Keys and Hurricane Ian in Fort Myers. She also volunteers with her local Ocean Conservancy organization and is an instructor for Let's Go Fishing. Additionally, she is a member of the Broward County Builders Association, the Street Smart Investment Education and the Coastal Conservation Association.
Ms. Towne is currently a manager for a certified affordable housing provider. Prior to embarking on her professional journey, she earned a bachelor's degree and gained certification as an affordable housing provider and public assistant. Well-qualified in her field, she is a licensed realtor, boat captain and interior modeling contractor. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Broward Real Estate Investors Association and the Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors organization. Ms. Towne is also a personal manager for singer/songwriter Gigi Denisco.
Within the coming years, Ms. Towne is pursuing a general contractor license, having been a landscape contractor for 30 years working on high-end homes where her clients would ask her to facilitate home repairs to their properties. She gains a great deal of support from her niece, who recently opened her own retail store, and from her professional mentors, including Lou Brown.
