With more than 40 years of excellence to his credit in tax accounting and as a business executive, Mr. Chayka heads Business Development and Taxation Services, through which he specializes in personal and business tax services as well as helping individuals establish their own successful businesses. Mr. Chayka is also a stock market investor with a special interest in venture capital, NFTs, block chain technology, IPOs, and cryptocurrency.
A Holocaust survivor born in Ukraine, he grew up in the former USSR and, after receiving his master's degree in accounting, worked in business accounting for five years, culminating in a role as chief of accounting for a large construction company. He then passed advanced tests in accounting and in foreign language and was enrolled in a special 3-year PHD program. His scientific work under the PHD program was accepted by WAC of USSR and he was granted a PHD degree in accounting.
As a Professor in the most prestigious business schools of the USSR, he realized the problems the educational accounting system were facing. He also tried to bring changes to the practical implementation of advanced accounting systems in the government-managed business in USSR. But, having problems with achieving his goals and fractions with the communist party and government executives, he had no choice but to leave the country in 1980.
Upon arrival to the United States and improving his English, Mr. Chayka, along with his taxation services, created his owned trading corporation and was involved in business with the new independent countries of the former USSR territory. Also, Mr. Chayka was pioneering in a special educational program, which taught post-soviet business executives to free market transition. His school in California was in business for 10 years and was highly rated in all new independent countries.
Looking ahead Mr. Chayka intends to continue working for as long as possible.
