With more than 15 years of excellence to her credit in both international and Arizona law, Ms. Feldman has found success as a partner in her firm. In this capacity, she is a partner with Tretschok, McNamara, Miller and Feldman, PC. Since 2012, she has focused her efforts on representing people with disabilities in Social Security disability claims and injured workers in workers' compensation claims.
Outside of her primary career efforts, Ms. Feldman is a dedicated civil advocate and she volunteers with Step Up to Justice, an organization that provides free legal services to people in Southern Arizona. She is also a longtime volunteer and supporter of Literacy Connects, teaching English as a Second Language to fellow Tucson community members.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Feldman began her career as a marketing associate with Communicando in Milan, Italy in 2005. She then was an administration associate for PanAgora Asset Management in 2006 and was promoted to an assistant of equity investments in 2007. In 2009, during law school, she served as a law clerk for Tretschok, McNamara & Miller, P.C. and then for Studio Legale Bombardelli in Bolzano, Italy in 2010. She became an editor for the National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade in 2011.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Feldman earned a degree in French studies from Skidmore in Paris in 2004 and a Bachelor of Arts in international relations and French studies from Wheaton College, in Norton, Massachusetts in 2005. During law school, she continued her international focus where she studied comparative law with the Eastern European Law Program in Mlini, Croatia in 2009 and attained a diploma of international law from the Université Jean Moulin in Lyon, France in 2010. She subsequently gained a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2011. Well-qualified in her field, she also holds a certificate in international trade and business law.
