Likewise, she has never shied away from hard work, having frequently taken on several less glamorous positions before attaining her current prosperity as an entrepreneur and property investor.
A native of Ukraine, Ms. Koudriavtseva relocated to the United States in 1996. Having always been drawn to the arts, she attended the Art Institute of Seattle and earned a degree in fashion design and marketing. She subsequently represented the school in several fashion shows, during which time she participated in various events as an aspiring designer.
Years later, after moving to Las Vegas, Nevada, Ms. Koudriavtseva continued her studies at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where she enjoyed a 4.0-grade point average and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. To remain aware of developments in the field of psychology, she maintains her affiliation with the American Psychological Association.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Koudriavtseva aspires to continue pursuing her graduate-level studies and earn a Doctor of Philosophy in psychology. Additionally, she hopes to expand the scope of her property investment ventures and own an apartment complex or commercial building. She is blessed and very proud of her son who is graduating this year with degree in computer programming and business analytics. They are helping their family (an uncle and aunt) in the Ukrainian war zone.
