He started a mill consulting business in 2009, and helped many locations with specific production/administration problem solving and training for future development. In this capacity, Mr. Garczynski led from behind and assisted in broadening the horizons of his employees. He maintains his professional affiliation with Theta Tau Engineering Fraternity; Chair of the Mississippi Feed and Grain Association, 16 year Board member of the United States Poultry and Egg Association, and recipient of their Lamplighter Award for 2020. He is also active with the local Baptist Church in his community.
In accounting for his standout success, Mr. Garczynski credits the team he has overseen over the years. He has utilized the strength of his teams to learn and continually move forward in the industry. His consulting work has been very rewarding for him, being able to help others with various business obstacles frustrating their development and job performances. Looking toward the future, Mr. Garczynski plans to write a book and focus on consultation.
