Prior to his work at InTek, Mr. LaGore served in multiple leadership roles throughout the logistics industry, including as the president and chief financial officer of Integrated Distribution Services Inc. from 2014 until 2016, having previously worked at the company as its executive vice president and chief operating officer between 2008 and 2016. He also functioned as the vice president of LTS Logistics, the regional vice president of Logisco, the director of operations at Langham Logistics, the vice president of operations at Brightpoint and the director of operations at Macmillan. Mr. LaGore initially joined the workforce as a financial analyst with General Motors in 1989.
Before embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. LaGore studied accounting at the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1989. Following this accomplishment, he continued his academic efforts at the Miller College of Business at Ball State University, where he received a Master of Business Administration in finance in 1993.
To remain aware of developments in his current industry, Mr. LaGore maintains his affiliation with such organizations as the Intermodal Association of North America and the Transportation Intermediaries Association. Likewise dedicated to civic pursuits, he is a former member of the board of advisors at Ball State University, and has volunteered on behalf of several organizations, including the St. Mary's Early Childhood Center, IndyHumane and the World Center Kitchen.
