These unique designs have earned him several awards, including a Best Solo Exhibitor Award from Art San Diego and an Honorable Mention from the Silicon Valley Open Studios.
In addition to founding C.S. Boris Designs in 2012, Mr. Boris is a registered actor with Stars Talent and Model Agency. His acting resume since 2000 includes film, television, voice-overs, industrial and a music video with Alanis Morrisette. He was also an exhibit installer, leadman and foreman for Sign Painters and Allied Trades Local 510 in San Francisco, working on many of the top conventions and trade shows in the country. Before venturing onto his vocational path, he earned a Bachelor of Science in design from Buffalo State University; during his studies, he helped redevelop vacant lots in the city of Buffalo with the Youth Conservation Corp.
Mr. Boris's achievements have largely been driven by his desire to be productive; he enjoys being creative and producing pieces of art because he finds it rewarding and it occupies his time. Looking toward the future, he hopes to increase his sales. When he isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Carol.
