Mr. Bullock is a former director at Golden Key Group, having served in his position between 2021 and 2022. He was also the deputy program manager for operations and the deputy chief of staff for the enterprise services department of the U.S. Department of Commerce from 2017 to 2019 and subsequently the associate director of administration between 2019 and 2021. Additionally, Mr. Bullock was both a consultant and manager for the Global Center of Excellence for Defense at KPMG Advisory from 2012 to 2017.

Most notably, Mr. Bullock served his country for 30 years, retiring from the U.S. Air Force in 2012 as a Lieutenant Colonel. Among several noteworthy roles, he served as the chief of the intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance branch for the National Guard Bureau, as the legislative liaison for the Secretary of the Department of the Air Force for the U.S. Senate, and as the chief of armament systems for the National Guard Bureau. While in the military, Mr. Bullock was stationed in Germany, Spain, Philadelphia, Colorado, Virginia, and New Jersey. Other civic engagements to his credit have included activities with Project Give Back and the Guide Right Program. Mr. Bullock also chaired the Alexandria/Fairfax chapter of Kamp Kappa, Alpha Ps, and is a life member of the National Association of the Achievement of Colored People.
Mr. Bullock achieved an Associate of Applied Science in menswear design and marketing at the Fashion Institute of Technology in 1990, followed by a Bachelor of Science in education, training, and development at Southern Illinois University in 1991. He subsequently graduated from the Academy of Military Science in 1996 before earning a Master of Science in strategic intelligence from the National Defense Intelligence College in 2006. Furthermore, Mr. Bullock received several certifications, including a Myers Briggs MBTI certification from the Myers-Briggs Company in 1997 and an executive leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University School of Continued Studies in 2021. He is also notably a fourth-degree dan and heavyweight champion in Tae Kwon Do.
Due to his contributions to the military, Mr. Bullock has become active as a life member of the Air Force Association, the Reserve Officers Association, and the Military Officers Association and as a member of the Armed Forces and Communications and Electronics Association. Mr. Bullock is also a professional member of the National Association of Black Accountants, the African American Federal Executive Association, and the International Coaching Federation, and is a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi.
Mr. Bullock has been the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions from the military and various civic organizations. Among them, Mr. Bullock was decorated with a Meritorious Service Medal with three oak leaf clusters, an Air Force Commendation Medal with one oak leaf cluster, and a Global Ware on Terrorism Service Medal.
