In this capacity, he is the co-owner alongside engineer and friend of almost 40 years Dave Constantino of DKM (Damn Kids Motorsports) Fabrication, a race car engineering and fabricating company based in Hagaman, New York. Since 2012, he has focused his efforts on managing the bookkeeping aspects of the business while working hands-on with employees, including working on setups, building and overseeing the racing of the cars.
Mr. Mack works with the local community and its neighbors along with the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. He also provides pro bono services for local organizations. Among his professional accomplishments, he is proud to have been featured in various sports and racing magazines throughout his career. His company was named Montgomery County's August Small Business of the Month by the County Executive Matthew L. Ossenfort and the Montgomery County Business Development Center in 2021. He himself was listed as one of the Top 30 Car Mechanics and Builders and was inducted to the Northeast Dirt Modified Hall of Fame in 2022.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Mack began his career working in the construction industry and served as the owner of The Caboose in Gloversville, New York for five years. He then owned Shorty's Southside Tavern in Amsterdam, New York for three years and lent his expertise to managing a friend's nightclub in Saratoga, New York.
Looking to the future, Mr. Mack intends to continue growing the success of his business, including keeping his employees gainfully employed and ensuring they are always healthy and happy.
