Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Dr. Osborne aligns himself with the American Jail Association, the American Correctional Association, and the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice. An expert in his field, he earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in addiction counseling from Madison University in 2007 and 2009 respectively. This past August, Dr. Osborne was acknowledged for his years of humanitarian work in behavioral health and corrections by being awarded an Honorary PhD in Humanities. In addition to these accomplishment Dr. Osborne is a certified public manager, trauma resolution specialist, gambling counselor, and state, national and international addiction counselor.
Due to his vast breadth of knowledge, Dr. Osborne authored and released "When Mama is Daddy: The male crisis and challenge of ending Father absence" in 2013, which delved into the impact of a father's absence in a child's life and became a top selling Book on Amazon. In light of his outstanding body of work, he was named to American Business Leader through the Princeton Registry in 2010.
