Ms. Najar previously served as a special education teacher, on-call emergency responder, and paraprofessional for various organizations.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Najar earned a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Education from the same institution. She then attained another master's degree in organizational and human resources development with a minor in conflict resolution and mediation from Abilene Christian University. Ms. Najar was inspired to join her field by her two sons, who both have Down syndrome. She gained a passion for helping people with developmental disabilities to prepare for every stage of life.
