Leveraging more than three decades of excellence in education and in the real estate industry, Ms. Boden has earned distinction as an associate broker with Keller Williams. In this capacity, she focuses her efforts on real estate listings in the area of Lake George, Florida, as well as in Queensbury and Glens Falls. Among her professional accomplishments, she was named as one of the Top 10 Agents in 2019 and has been listed as one of the Top 10 of 800 Brokers for six consecutive years. She was also honored as a Top Producer in Real Estate for 20 years.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Boden served as an educator in the states of Virginia, California and Massachusetts, during which time she availed herself on behalf of students as a mathematics teacher and reading specialist. While working in Upland, California, she also contributed as the director of the school reading lab, as a cheerleading coach and as the director of several school plays. After relocating to Boxford, Massachusetts, she continued her service as a teacher while taking her first steps into the field of real estate, through which she joined Coldwell Banker as a salesperson. In 1997, Ms. Boden joined Davies-Davies as an associate broker, and later joined Levitt Real Estate and Keller Williams.
Outside of her primary efforts, Ms. Boden has also strived to remain active in her local community, serving as a director of school plays, president of the Boxford Athletic Association, on the local school board, coaching cheerleading, soccer and swimming, directing the town beach (where her children were lifeguards and manned the food stand), and leading community service efforts on behalf of the Junior League of Boston and the Boy Scouts of America. Additionally, she has been a member of the Lake George Club, the Glens Falls Country Club, the Glens Falls Swim and Tennis Club and the Hyde Museum.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Boden earned a Bachelor of Arts in early childhood education and psychology from Hood College in 1971. She subsequently attained a Master of Arts as a reading specialist from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in 1978. Well-qualified in her field, she is a certified resort and second home property specialist.
Ms. Boden has competed in sports since she was a young girl, walking her first steps on the shores of Lake George; it has been a big part of her life. She has spent every summer since then at that beach with her immediate and extended family. Each summer she plays golf and tennis, swims, waterskis, sails and hikes to her heart's content. She competed in violin and viola competitions, and synchronized and competitive swimming internationally and she continues to enjoy sports such as volleyball, speed skating, and downhill skiing.
She began working over the summers and during holiday vacations when she was 14 year of age. She raised two children, born in 1973 and 1975, while she continued to work.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Boden intends to continue her work while maintaining her health. A naturally adaptable person, she enjoys the challenge of new experiences, which lends itself well to her work in realty. Her ultimate goal is to maintain her philosophy of positivity, tenacity and gratitude, particularly to those who have had a significant impact on her life.
