After spending 15 years as a financial advisor and being drawn to the field of real estate by his wife, Molly Crosswhite's residential real estate business in Park City, Mr. Crosswhite joined the Selling the Slopes team to fill the gap on the commercial and development side of the business. During an earlier stage of his career, Mr. Crosswhite was a financial advisor with New York Life Insurance Company (2002-2006), which lead him to starting his own estate planning business, First Marketing Benefits (2007-2017). As a former financial advisor of more than 15 years, studying market trends, and protecting client's wealth, Mr. Crosswhite now uses his experience and expertise to his advantage by providing his clients with an in-depth approach and understanding of the real estate market. Mr. Crosswhite also notably spent two years playing quarterback for the NFL's Arizona Cardinals following his football career at the University of Utah.
Through his organization, Mr. Crosswhite contributes to Sotheby's Cares by voluntarily contributing a portion of his earnings at each home closing to various nonprofit organizations. Mr. Crosswhite was born in Dayton, Ohio and raised in Lake Oswego, Oregon. After high school, he was recruited to the University of Utah where he played college football as the starting quarterback during the 1997 and 1998 seasons. He subsequently garnered a bachelor's degree in consumer studies and economics in 1999. Well-qualified in his field, Mr. Crosswhite earned credentials as a licensed realtor in the State of Utah. He is also active as a member of his local realtor board to remain abreast of industry changes.
