After more than 30 years in the energy sector, Ms. Follis went into business as the owner and founder of Gail's Vintage and Used Cargo in Lake Nebagamon, Wisconsin. A one-of-a-kind retail shop, she sells various types of furnishings for the home, as well as kitchenware, jewelry, collectibles, clothing, and more.
Particularly experienced in antiques, Ms. Follis frequently visits auctions so that she can purchase items to be resold at her store. Ms. Follis notably spent 30 previous years with Enbridge Inc., a pipeline energy company headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, where she was involved with pipeline maintenance initiatives. Ms. Follis attributes her success to her customer service and people skills, as well as her drive to succeed.
In her free time, Ms. Follis enjoys attending fundraising events and silent auctions to support her local community. She notably studied drafting at a nearby vocational school after working construction and was injured.
