Drawing on an extensive background in sales and insurance, Mr. Ricker is recognized for his expertise as owner of J&J Leasing Dynamics LLC established in 1984, J. Griffin Ricker & Associates LLC established in 1998 and J.T. Bates Group LLC established in 2006. In his current role, he enjoys working with a number of major equipment manufacturers and distributors, customizing his programs based on the unique needs of his clients. Dedicated to customer service, he cares deeply for his clients and puts their needs first. All programs are designed with the client's best interest first.
Mr. Ricker worked as a sales representative for John Deere. While he excelled in his role with the company, he believed he could improve things and better serve his clients. So, in 1998, he left the stability of his job to start his own insurance consulting company. In retrospect, Mr. Ricker considers this courageous decision to be one of the most notable achievements of his career.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Ricker obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and industrial management from David Myers University working nights and using his military tuition assistance. While attending college Mr. Ricker started a company, Ohio Property Control and worked as an employment counselor where he rose to the position of General Manager in the company's office in Atlanta Ga.
Looking toward the future, Mr. Ricker and Company are in the process of launching another insurance product, again unique to his industry.
