With more than 20 years of experience as a pharmaceutical executive and healthcare specialist, Ms. Lam has found success as an entrepreneurial leader. Since 2009, she has been the president of LLC Federal Solutions. Additionally, she is the founder of DermaGym, an anti-aging spa serving the Miami area by bridging the gap between conventional spa services and medical services. Since 2016, Ms. Lam has focused her efforts on developing the spa's brand and is currently collaborating with an additional spa in California. Her goal is to help people exercise their confidence.
Prior to her current roles, Ms. Lam served as an account manager for MBNA between 2000 and 2001 and subsequently acquired a role as a Florida and California territory representative for IVAX Pharmaceuticals from 2002 until 2004. She was promoted in 2004 to a government sales specialist, working in this position until 2005 when she joined AB as their national government sales specialist. She subsequently worked as a regional account manager for bioanalytical systems at AD between 2009 and 2010. While working at IVAX Pharmaceuticals, Ms. Lam was recognized as Sales Representative of the Year in 2005.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Lam earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications and minored in business at Florida Atlantic University in 2001. Most recently, she obtained certification at Wharton Business School in scaling a $1B unicorn business in 2022, earning a respected score of 92.31%.
Having come to the United States from Vietnam, her uncle Joe served in the U.S. Military, providing her family with a strong sense of patriotism that Ms. Lam carries close to her heart to this day. Looking toward the future, she intends to spend more time focusing on philanthropic engagements, aiming to empower more women entrepreneurs as well as emphasize spreading more kindness to her community.
