Prior to her current role, Ms. Patel was the senior manager of research and development for Newell Brands for 13 years. Prior to embarking on her professional journey, she earned a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration in global management from the University of Phoenix. She was mentored by Samir, who inspired her to utilize her expertise in skincare formulation and development as well as to open her own business.
Within the coming years, Ms. Patel intends to grow her company to its fullest potential, developing it to the point where she can manufacture her products independently rather than developing products for clients. Her goal is for her company to be in cosmetics magazines as a manufacturer and producer with formulation expertise that customers can trust. Passionate about this work, she is greatly supported by her husband, who helps her excel in her career.
