Motivated by his strong sense of patriotism, Mr. Endfinger served the U.S. Army in Vietnam from 1966 to 1969. Mr. Endfinger continued his career as a high school teacher, in addition to overseeing a Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps program from 1989 to 1996. Mr. Endfinger has been a two-time listee with Who's Who Among America's Teachers, owing to his excellence as a Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps instructor.
Noteworthy for his comprehensive military career, Mr. Endfinger was the first sergeant of Charlie Airborne at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Presently ambassador for the National Veterans Memorial and Museum, he also served as first sergeant to Michael Ferriter, the current president and chief executive officer of the same institution. In addition to his military and teaching qualifications, Mr. Endfinger earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in sales from Columbia College.
Looking toward the future, Mr. Endfinger plans to continue connecting with fellow veterans, and is grateful to the Veterans Administration for their meticulous care.
