As part of her dedication to her field, she maintains her affiliations with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, Missouri Association of County Auditors, and National Association of Tax Professionals. Priding herself on her strong problem-solving skills and collaborative approach, Ms. Jackson credits much of her success to her continuous learning and commitment to providing exceptional services. She also praises her upbringing on the east coast and cultural exposure from international business travel, living in Italy, the Midwest, and the West coast to help her not only embrace and appreciate the differences in people, but how to think and approach business challenges.
Driven to contribute on behalf of her community, Ms. Jackson has volunteered for Mentor St. Louis to empower elementary students to succeed in school, supported commercial property redevelopment decisions on how to revitalize abandoned retail space. She volunteered as an auditor for United Way and supported the IRS volunteer income tax assistance program. She also educated her subdivision community on how their home values relate to property taxes, and options for moving forward if they disagree with assessor reports. Looking toward the future, Ms. Jackson plans to expand the scope of her business to provide tax advisory services, as well as mentor young professionals in her field.
