Mr. Bala has enjoyed working for 10 years for Indian Railways as mechanical engineer and from 1996 through 2003 worked with well-known international firms like CLSA Hong Kong, Panasonic, Humana and Prudential as a software consultant, and from 2003 to 2005, he was a software architect with PBH. He attributes his professional success and leadership acumen to an ability to avoid disruptive distractions and remain focused on key critical platforms. Moreover, he prides himself on forging strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues and supporting the advancement of other software entrepreneurs as much as possible, and Mr. Bala dedicates time and energy as a current board member of Klinikals and as the president of Agaram Educational Academy.
Exceptional training and academic accomplishments are foundational to Mr. Bala's success. In fact, he earned a Graduate Diploma in Software Applications from the National Institute of Information Technology, in 1995. He also completed coursework in mechanical engineering in India, and he was granted a Diploma in Agricultural Engineering from Muthiah Polytechnic College in India in 1985.
